Overall some pretty large changes:

• Spellpower down about 50
• Haste Increased 6% from Talents
• 3% Spell Hit Lost from Talent changes (Possible gain now capped at 3% instead of 10%)
  

Biggest change though is the AB change in this build. (Currently useless)
Sure it can crit for 6-7k unbuffed, but at a mana cost of over 3k per cast when stacked.
